Our Privacy Policy

It is a very common practice for "work at home companies" to buy and sell names of people interested in working at home. In fact, some work at home offers you might find may only be decoy ads used for the sole purpose of building mailing lists! Virtually every work at home competitor that we are aware of either sells its customer and prospect lists to other work at home companies or uses personal information in other work at home programs, such as envelope stuffing offers.

Again, our company is completely unique as a "work at home" company because we do not subscribe to the same practices that most or all of our 'competitors' subscribe to.

Although it is perfectly legal to sell someone's personal information to another party who is interested in acquiring information on certain types of individuals, we consider it, well, rude. And most of our customers do, too.

We are also especially concerned about sharing our customer information because if we did share it, it might result in our customers receiving scam mail, sometimes very large amounts of scam mail, which we would like to protect our customers from if at all possible.

For these two reasons, we have always refused to sell or share our customer and prospect information regardless of how enticing the offer.

Officially, here's our Privacy Policy:

• We do not regularly sell or share ANY customer or prospect information with any third party except for the necessary purpose of providing the service that we are expected to provide (such as drafting bank accounts, charging credit cards and delivering our service). We do reserve the right, however, to use or release customer information to a third party in certain situations that we feel will truly benefit our customers. As of the date of this writing, that situation had never presented itself. If and when this does occur, it will be extremely rare and will be done because we will feel it will benefit our customers.
• It is our policy to cooperate with law enforcement in any way possible, including sharing information, while respecting privacy.
• We do not normally track customer information, share, monitor or enhance customer information except for statistical purposes only and providing service. Generally this does not include any personal information.
• We maintain high standards for security, including the use of an SSL Security Server, which encrypts transmitted information to protect customer financial information and other information.
• We reserve the right to change our policy as we feel necessary at any time.
• This policy has been the same since the first day our company was open.

BOTTOM LINE: We respect your privacy and your personal information is safe with us.
