This page will solve 100% of the problems you might be having
using our website and viewing job information.
Using our website is as easy as falling off a log!
When you click on any Member
Only feature of our website, such as the " Jobs" button,
our system will AUTOMATICALLY give you a box that asks you
for your userid & password. Be sure you enter userid & password
EXACTLY as it appeared on your "Welcome" email. If you enter it correctly and your system accepts cookies with no problems, you will be able to use our website freely with no problems.
If you do have problems, this information will help you fix any problems you might have...
If the system keeps telling you "Whoops" and is not accepting
your User ID and password when you try to enter it...
Make sure you are entering your userid and password EXACTLY as it
appeared in your original "Welcome" email. It must be
EXACT and you must use all lower case letters.
If you don't have your "Welcome" email any longer
and do not know your User ID and password, see 'User Ids...' below.)
If you appear to be caught in a loop and can not access
the job information...
you probably clicked on the "New Version"
of the jobs database and have your browser set so that it can
not accept cookies. Close your browser, change the setting
to "Cookies ENABLED", and check Windows(R) on your computer system to be sure
it is also accepting cookies. When you're sure all parts of your system will
accept cookies, reboot your system, check the settings, open the browser and reload our webpage
to try again. We can not give you specific support for your particular system or
browser, but you will usually find the cookie settings as an internet security or
preference setting.
If it appears that our website hasn't loaded completely...
we recommend emptying your cache memory and closing your browser.
Rebooting at that time is recommended. Then go back to our
website and try again, making sure you allow our whole website
to load before you click on anything. Sometimes these problems are
also caused if your system does not have enough memory.
If you are unable to get a log in box to enter your userid &
password in and you use Microsoft Explorer...
you have probably
allowed Explorer to enter your userid & password for you
automatically and it is somehow incorrect. If this is the case,
you'll need to figure out how to go back into that Explorer
password file and delete or change the userid & password
so it is correct or so you can automatically enter it. We can
not provide the technical instruction for your specific browser.
If you are just getting a completely blank screen...
somehow
the page is not or was not loading fully. Try again. If it still
doesn't work, empty your cache memory, (because your
cache memory could be saving a bad copy of our site),
reboot your system and try again, making sure you allow
enough time for the page to load completely.
If you are SURE your system is allowing cookies and all
else fails...
check the date on your computer system. If the date
is not correct, the system may think your membership hasn't
started yet or has expired.
User ID...
Your User ID and password were emailed to you when you first became a member. You were asked to save the email so it is possible you still have it. It will have the word "Welcome" in the subject line. Your User ID is always the complete, original email address you used when you ordered, and the password is the word or number that you selected. If you enter only a partial email address or get even one character wrong, the system will not let you in. All information must be entered in lower case only, with no capital letters. If none of these tips helps you locate your User ID and password, we can resend it to you in 5 business days or less. If you'd like us to re-send your User ID and password, please click here.
If this information does not solve your access problem, please
email us so we can help you. We will need to know:
The date you joined
Whether or not you received our original "Welcome" email
and the "Thank you" email.
EXACTLY what you are typing for the userid and password
EXACTLY what is happening on your system (including
EXACTLY what happens, and when, what the
error message is and exactly when the problem
is happening.)
